House Bill 18 1082 A Woman’s Right to Accurate Health Care Information
Concerning the creation of the “Women’s Reproductive Information Guarantee for Health and Transparency (RIGHT) Act”.

The bill requires that accurate ultrasound and medical information be provided by a physician to a woman who may be considering the termination of a pregnancy. The bill requires that a woman provide voluntary and informed consent to an abortion. The bill describes the information that constitutes voluntary and informed consent that the physician performing the abortion provides to the woman. 
 
The Colorado Catholic Conference SUPPORTS this legislation. 
 
HB 18 1082 will be heard in the House Health, Insurance, & Environment Committee on Thursday, February 22 at 1:30 in room 271.

House Bill 18 1121 No Funding Aborted Human Body Parts

This bill would require that institutions of higher education that engage directly or indirectly in the purchase or trafficking of aborted human body parts would not receive State funding in the next fiscal year. 

The Colorado Catholic Conference SUPPORTS this legislation.

HB 18 1120 Concerning the Prohibition of Dismemberment Abortions.

This bill will prohibit a person from intentionally performing a dismemberment abortion unless the dismemberment abortion is necessary in a medical emergency.
